German Design Award 2010
The video displays a summary of our work for the German Design Award ceremony in 2010. For this project, Signature Films joined forces with art director Markus Weisbeck and his design agency Surface.
Two Bauhaus protagonists and their experimental work served as a reference for the basic visual forms: Johannes Itten´s drawing school based on the movements of the human body, and Joost Schmidt´s mechanical-kinetic form generator.
The motion design for the event comprises individual graphical compositions for 50 prize winners as well as visualizations for the accompanying live act Eric D. Clark.
